‍S&C is celebrating a momentous anniversary this month—10 years in business. The company was found in 2005 and has experienced a lot of growth in the last 10 years.

The company’s initial products included turbomachinery control solutions and the OptiRamp® Power Management and Optimization System suite. Today, S&C has over a half-dozen turbomachinery control solutions, including the new Steam Turbine Actuator Control, and additional OptiRamp suites, including the Advanced Dispatch Control System, Dynamic Simulator, and the Operator Training Simulator. New applications, such as the Rod Pump Application, are also available. OptiRamp received the designation of registered trademark from the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2009.

S&C solutions operate on all leading third-party hardware and software control platforms; S&C has completed projects on the Siemens, Rockwell Automation, ABB, GE Fanuc, Honeywell, Emerson, Toshiba, and Yokogawa platforms.

Projects have been completed or are in progress in countries that include the United States, Russia, Germany, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, the Netherlands, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, India, and the United Kingdom. S&C customers and partners include Siemens, Honeywell, Chevron, Emerson, Fluor, British Petroleum, Solvay Sodi, Schlumberger, and Compressor Controls Corporation.

We continue to expand our company portfolio to address diminishing automation expertise in the industrial sector by assuming a more active role in helping our customers with their integrated control services requirements. Automation and safety systems are growing more complicated with multiple vendor hardware and software products located on a facility expected to work seamlessly together. S&C continues to focus on delivering the highest value to our customers, and this is why we invest in people, technology, and software that can help us execute every project on time, under budget, and safely.
